Limited transfer budget ahead

It is exceptionally uncommon that a full-back is competent on the both wings and he won’t come cheap either with his probable €50 million release clause in order to ensure a Serie A exit.

Although Victor Moses has not exactly performed as expected during this campaign my question is whether a possible limited budget would result in some unflattering personnel changes next season though.
